The RoboYell Privacy Policy provides information about how we process (collect, retain, share and delete) your personal data provided through your online and offline interaction with us, and explains your rights in relation to this processing. This Privacy Statement (“Declaration”) is applicable to all those who use our website (visitors and users of the RoboYell website, customers, “Newsletter” subscribers). Profile data:  RoboYell collects information about you that directly identifies you such as name, email, contact number, company where you work when registering in the “Contact” tab. Device data(s): This data is generated while you browse the Internet and includes the “Internet Protocol” (IP) number, your browser, your Internet provider, your history of pages consulted before, during and after using our website and language, as well as location data.

Data about your use on our platform: We collect data about your activity on our website, number of clicks, time you were interested, date and time.

We ask that you do not send us or share any sensitive personal information  such as:  Identity (number or photocopy), information related to ethnic or racial origin, political opinion, religion and other beliefs, health, genetic and biometric data, criminal history and affiliation union).

The data we collect from you is stored in a trusted national partnership cloud service (“Operator”). When hiring this service, RoboYell always looks for companies that employ a high level of security when storing your information, establishing contracts that do not violate the privacy definitions set out in this Declaration.

How long is data stored?

RoboYell retains your information for the period necessary for the purposes presented in this Privacy Statement, respecting the data retention period determined by applicable legislation.

Does RoboYell transfer data to other countries?

There is no international transfer. However, in the event of sharing with partners or service providers located in other countries, we contractually establish that the partner has a data protection and information security standard compatible with this Declaration and applicable legislation.

Who do we share data with?

Service Providers

For reasons of data processing on behalf of RoboYell, we may share data with third party service providers. In this case, the data will be treated in a way that protects your privacy, with these companies having a contractual duty of protection compatible with applicable legislation and the terms of this RoboYell Privacy Statement.

Business partners We may share your data with companies with financial or commercial activities with which RoboYell maintains a collaborative or partnership relationship. In change of corporate control of RoboYell

How to exercise your rights as a holder of personal data?

You have privacy rights in relation to the information we process about you. Carefully read the “Cookies” section of our Privacy Terms. If you do not wish to keep your data with us, we provide a personal data deletion request form* to fill out and send to dpo@roboyell.com. The company will have 30 calendar days to return with a solution to the request.

*There are circumstances in which the right to be forgotten will not apply: when the company needs to process your data to comply with a legal obligation or to exercise/defend legal claims.
